Troubleshooting

Error Message "Cannot Install Profile: Safari could not install a profile due to an unknown error"

The above error message appears if your device is not listed in the provisioning profile. Please wait until the developer provides a new build.

Error Message: "Unable to Download App: App could not be installed at this time"

The download process gets to about 3/4 progress, then it suddenly stops and the above error message appears. The most common reason is that your device is not listed in the provisioning profile. Please wait until the developer provides a new build. If a new build does not fix the problem, please contact the developer of the app.

Dimmed App Icon & App Title

If the app icon is dimmed and the app title is shown below, then the installation failed. The most common reason is that your device is not listed in the provisioning profile. Please wait until the developer provides a new build. If a new build does not fix the problem, please contact the developer of the app.

Dimmed App Icon & Status "Waiting"

If the app icon is dimmed and you see the status "Waiting" longer than a minute, please check that your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad is connected to Wifi, especially if the app is over 50 MB. Also make sure that no other apps are currently being installed, and that no music is downloaded from the iTunes Store.

App Is Quit Immediately

If you tap the app icon and you are sent back to the home screen after a couple of seconds, then the app is either crashed or the build is expired. Please contact the developer to clarify what the problem might be.
