Support for hockey app app on oneplus 2 device (android 6)

Is there anyone else with issues on Android 6? I can login but cannot download apps. Work around is to use the browser version.

    Hello Jason,

    Please find attached the errors that i get when using the app on Andriod 6. Dowloading through the website version doesn't give me any issues.

    Could you please provide the account you are using to login in the app? And is this account the same one you used in the web? Also, please provide the appid of which you want to download.

    Hi Thomas,

    I have checked the application with appid: cb27c27f2a9dadc9e31ae050a5bd47cf, this app has been restrict downloaded to a certain group, please click the app-> version-> Manage Version->Status-> Restrict download to check whether you are in the list.
    For app: 597adb23f80091c2151be91d59ac0550, it’s an iOS application and you can’t install it on android device.

    Hello Jason,

    Account is part of the group that should be able to download the app (see below). Through the website I’m able to download it on Android but NOT through the app.

    About the other ID : you are right that iOS apps do not appear in Hockeyapp for Android.

    Hi Thomas,
    are you running any anti virus scanning software or similar on your device?
    To help us investigate the issue, can you provide device logs from the point when you try to access the version details through ADB?
    Are you only experiencing this issue on this device or also on other devices with the same user account and app?

    Hello Matthias,

    I have tested on two Android devices (OnePlus2 with Android 6 and a Google Nexus 6 with Android 7, version 3.1.3 of HockeyApp) and both give the same message “No version available” under the app with id “cb27c27f2a9dadc9e31ae050a5bd47cf”. Interesting thing is that the app with id “0c1db657618e48bba7c3a8148c1f015a “can be downloaded on both Android devices.

    Could this have something to do with the Mobile Center update (I was activating the beta subscription through HockeyApp)?

    Hi Thomas, thanks for providing the information - sorry for missing it from the previous messages. We are investigating on our end why your account was not shown the app versions in the app - we tried to reproduce it, but so far it is working in our test scenario.
