How to organize beta and release apps

We highly recommend to create independent apps in HockeyApp for your beta and release versions for the AppStore or Android Market. This way you can use independent bundle identifiers and both apps can run on the same device or computer at the same time without interfering.

Having two different apps also provides independent Public Identifiers so the release versions will not appear on the beta download pages.

You have to create independent apps if you want to use the user feedback feature for crash reports.
